Senior Ultrasonographer Maura B Griffin, MSc (Hons), DIC, DMU, PhD
Maura Griffin trained at The Middlesex Hospital, London qualifying in 1985. She completed her ultrasonography training at Charing Cross and King’s College Hospitals, London in 1989.
Maura worked at the Royal Free Hospital until 1994 and then began work as a Research Fellow with Professor Andrew Nicolaides at Imperial College and St Mary’s Hospital London, where she obtained the MSc in Vascular Technology and Medicine with honours and a PhD in ultrasound and cardiovascular disease.
Ms Griffin has become a specialist in her field with several years of vascular noninvasive scanning experience. She has been involved in several research projects both here and abroad.
